Aspettando la primavera – Waiting for spring

Voglia di primavera?? Il clima è già stranamente mite, gli uccelli cinguettano, i prati si sono riempiti di margherite, e anch’io anzitempo inizio con il primo outfit leggero e colorato.

Waiting for spring ?? The weather is already unusually mild, birds chirp, the meadows are filled with daisies, and I prematurely begin with the first light and colorful outfit.

Da qualche mese avevo questo outfit tra le idee da realizzare. Mi è servita qualche settimana di studio per ricreare i cartamodelli, ma finalmente sono arrivata ad ottenere l’effetto desiderato.

For some months I had this outfit in my to do list. It took me a few weeks of study to recreate the patterns, but I finally got to the desired effect.

Per primi sono nati i pantaloni. Hanno come partenza il mio solito cartamodello, a cui  ho sagomato la vita e aggiunto le tasche.

Il tessuto è un denim leggero, perfetto per far fluttuare nel modo giusto la gamba cosi larga, non esattamente perfetto per ottenere l’effetto sagomato che desideravo. Ho risolto aggiungendo alle pinces un elastico largo, che aiuta a stringere senza arricciare.

Trousers were born first. I started with my usual pattern, to which I shaped the waist and added the pockets.

The fabric is a light denim, perfect for making the leg so wide float in the right way, not exactly perfect to shape the waist. I solved it by adding a wide elastic to the pleats, which helps to tighten without curling.

Il giacchino è corto per lasciare in vista la vita sagomata dei pantaloni, con maniche a 3/4 per far intravedere le maniche della camicia.

Il collo rotondo e largo per far uscire il fiocco della camicia.

The jacket is short to keep in sight the shaped waist of the trousers , with 3/4 sleeves to show the sleeves of the shirt.

The round and wide collar to let out the bow of the shirt.

Ed ecco il pezzo forte! La camicia!

Il tessuto è una stampa su cotone popeline di disegni miei. Ho stampato vari disegni con cui sto preparando gonne, camicie, pantaloni, borse, ma dedicherò a questo un articolo a parte. Sul mio profilo Instagram ho già mostrato qualcosa.

And here’s the highlight! The shirt!

The fabric is a poplin cotton printed of my designs. I drawn various designs with which I’m preparing skirts, shirts, pants, bags, but I’ll write a separate article to this. On my Instagram profile I have already shown something.

Per trovare la camicia giusta ho fatto varie prove: maniche lunghe, corte, sagomate sui fianchi, arricciate.

Lei è la prima di una serie che vi proporrò per gli eventi che farò a Milano (seguitemi su Instagram per avere le date appena saranno confermate).

To find the right shirt I made several tests: long, short sleeves, shaped on the sides, curled.

It’s the first one of a series that I will propose for the next events in Milan (follow me on Instagram to get the dates as soon as they are confirmed).

La camicia ha maniche leggermente arricciate con elastico al polso.

Il fiocco importante al collo é stato il punto di partenza per il tipo di camicia che volevo.

The shirt has slightly curled sleeves with elastic on the wrist.

The bow on the neck was the starting point for the type of shirt I wanted.

La borsina è nata da un avanzo di tessuto.

L’ho cucita per avere una borsina piccola da tenere sempre con me durante l’ultimo market che ho fatto a Milano. Non avevo minimamente pensato che mi avrebbero chiesto se la vendo..  mi sono subito organizzata e con le prossime gonne troverete le borsine clic clac abbinate!

The bag was born from a leftover fabric.

I sewed it to have a small bag to use during the last market I did in Milan and I didn’t think that someone would ask me if I could sell it .. I immediately worked on it and with the next skirts you will find the bags click-clack matched!
